So I have a Ayam Camie rooster and his waddles are getting red! My question is can I breed my rooster with red?

I'm not sure what you are asking. The rooster does the breeding for you. Are you asking if the line will be pure if you breed him? It seems this red color indicates that perhaps he's not pure and in early generations other breeds were used. If you are looking for real pure breeding, I wouldn't use him. If you don't mind mutts, have at it! His mutts would be very interesting. Good Luck with him!

He is 5 months! I would love to breed him with my hen when she starts laying! I’m planning to breed and sale!

Mulberry happens even to the best of lines, it's just something that you've gotta breed out to the best of your ability. It's not ideal for breeding, but if he's otherwise a handsome roo, go for it and select away in his offspring.
