In your my uploads folder/pagel under the pictures there is a URL for image should look like this:
[URL]https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum[/URL] ,,,,,,,,,XXXX<<<[img]

copy that and then paste into your post

Yep, copy the url for your photo, then go to you post and click the img button located above the smilies. When you click that this will appear on your post:

Now you simply past the url right inbetween the bracketed img with no spaces:
