Breeding cool chickens?

So I want to hatch some eggs in the spring. We have 3 roosters, a gorgeous copper-grey EE, A white Silkie, and a Porcelain D-Uccles. The hens I would be interested in breeding are a Mille Fleur, maybe a buff, a GL wyandotte, and such. Beside from purebred D'Uccles, what are some fun combinations involving silkies, or good layers with the EE? We had a Polish rooster I wanted to breed but he ended up being a coyote's lunch.

sorry for the delay, didn't see any alerts. My goals are probably egg laying ability and amount, and cuteness factor haha.
