Yes, any domestic duck can mate with any other domestic duck, though it can be rough on the female if it's considerably smaller than the male, Those two are of similar adult size, so it shouldn't be an issue unless the male is the Swedish and he's particularly aggressive and won't give the KC any peace. Sometimes you have to separate them when that's the case.
