BREEDING FOR PRODUCTION...EGGS AND OR MEAT.

Has anyone checked out my website I really hope u liked it
It is starting to look good. Please make the words on the header stand out. They blend in with the home page picture as it is hard to see most of the words.
Are you still working on it or is not all of the information uploaded to the web?

It's still a little bit of a work in progress but at least it's up and got going I was planing on making those stand out better as I could see they didn't stick out to go so I am trying to find a pic to help with that

No - I haven't been going long enough yet. But it's something I've been interested in trying. I'd want to have good Dark Cornish, though, from a good source. It's on the wish list...

I've been reading that the naked neck gene confers more breast meat, so I wondered if there was a visible difference between a standard cornish and the cross. If I had naked necks I'd be tempted to cross with a bantam cornish rooster, since I'm looking for a smaller, faster developing bird, in the 2-3 lb finished weight area. What are people's experiences comparing the growth of "good" cornish compared to hatchery ones? I'd think that the hatchery ones would develop faster, myself but I'm just guessing. Any thoughts?

Are you going to sell your eggs local only or are you planning on shipping them? If you plan on shipping you'll have to get a NPIP # from your state.
