breeding Help

[Silkie Chicken]

I am wanting to breed a silver laced polish roo and a white silkie bantam and i am new to breeding so what do i need to do and can i even breed them 2 together help me i don't know if they should be put in a seperate pen together or what help

Of course you can breed them. Those would be some funny looking chicks. I don't know much about silkies but I think you'd get offspring that are mostly dark skinned with hard feathers. I have no idea about whether or not they'd inherit the fifth toe. I'm definitely NOT a genetics person so hopefully someone else will help you out here. Just search " silkie mix " at the top of the page. That should give you an idea of what you might get. I hope this helps.
