Amako may be pregnant but otherwise by the time the other 2 are old enough the earliest I'll have kits is probably March so this year winter babies is not an issue. In the future I will probably just find a place to house the doe inside. I have a 48x18" aquarium stand I can build something on to. Right now it's just holding a 3' aquarium with a hamster.
I'm debating between heated water bottles and heated dog bowls. I know I won't be able to change out their water enough when we get to the really cold parts of winter. I've had water spilled from a bucket freeze before hitting the concrete and go sliding away as little ice chips.
