Breeding Siblings

Can you breed two siblings together or no? I'm just curious on what happens if you do. Deformities,death or nothing happens?

After a few generations, the biggest problem is reduced fertility. Those inbred roos shoot blanks!

Isn't it generally considered better to breed across generations? So, mother to son and daughter to father?
