Thank you so much!I want to say that the first chick is a dark cornish, but I could be wrong on that. If the second has yellow feet bottoms and a single comb than its probably a jersey giant.

Yes, I think I've heard that too. But when showing chickens (which I do), a pullet is less than a year of age. So that is what I go by.I'm very ignorant but have read that a pullet is one that is less than a year old or has not yet laid an egg.
