Still everyone think it's a Mottled Cochin?
Also does this chick look like a cockerel? It does to me

I go by the head and neck shape instead of the comb or anything else because it seems to be more reliable for me when they are under 2 months old. Id say the mottled one looks like it is definitely a cockerel and based on the pics in your first post of the brown one Id say that one is probably a cockerel also.
