my Dominiques.

I have 2 or 3 of just abour every kind of chicken. If I was forced to pick one kind; it would be Dominique. Kinda odd, since I am overrun with Silkies.

Naked Necks (!), and my 2 bantam RIRs are the tamest little chickens I've ever seen in my life! They come running when they see me and it is so stinking cute!!! Also, I have to say I am particularly fond of my Silkie roos. They are so "un-rooish" and just have a very sweet and innocent temperment! I have an Amber Link that it another very tame bird that I adore! Truly, I do adore all of my birds - and they all have a different personality! I also have a bunch of different chicks (EE, Cochins, Polish, etc.) so I'm sure if you ask this question in a few months I'll have a different answer.

Yeah I thought it was pretty fun. It seems people sort of gravitate toward "farm" chicken or "poodle" chickens. Not that there is anything wrong with that. There's a chicken out there from everyone and I don't begrudge them their indulgence.
