Urgent help needed.

I set 7 eggs in my Bresnea Mini 5 days ago. At the time thermometer had read a steady 99.6, and I had it warmed up for the day.

Today, I pulled out the eggs to candle them, and they were cold. Cold like they hadn't been incubated at all. I candled about half, and none showed any growth. The thermometer was reading a bit high- 99.8, and now it's higher at 100.2. But it's not warming.
I can heard the egg turner coming on earlier this morning.

What is going on? Any help? How can I fix this? Should I just try resetting it? Will my eggs still be viable? Is it possible the bator was working and has now stopped (it's hard for me to know this, as the eggs are in my co-teachers room, and we were away for the weekend, of course).
I love my mini, and have had for about 2-3 years with great hatches. It's been great for the classroom b/c it's so reliable. Please help!

I am a school teacher and am on a tight schedule to hatch the chick before we let out for the year on May 21. Any help you can give me ASAP would be awesome.

Found the problem. It was on my end. I did something stupid.

So, now I've got it up and running. Any thoughts on whether the eggs will be ok? They were being turned, but stored on the side (eeek).
