Bright green Poop? Sick Chicken

I posted earlier today about my sick chicken and wanted to follow up with a pic of her bright green poop. I’ve never seen this in my chickens. Does this point to any specific sickness/cause?

Is she eating much lately, and what do you feed your chickens? Have you offered any different foods lately, such as red cabbage or blueberries? Is she eating a lot of grass or greens? Green poop can be a sign that she is not eating much.

I haven’t really noticed how much she’s eating from her chicken feed but I have seen her eating grass, blueberries and a bit of scratch that I threw in there.

The blueberries can cause that weird green poop. Can you moisten a small amount of your chicken feed and try to get her drink. Is she on a layer type feed?
