Bright green poop!

So, I have one male indian runner duck. I woke up this morning and noticed that he had pooped a combination of regular and bright green poop. The poop has bright green liquid and green specks. It is most noticeable when the poop dries, especially in the dirt. The specks are left behind as you can see in the second picture. I'm very worried. What could this be??

Green feces can be just something that he ate, or sometimes it can indicate some internal problems.

Does he forage? Do you notice anything else different with him?
