Hi the other 3 calls are 2 drakes and one female.the new little one is a girl which means that in total i have four. so i think they will be balance. she seams fine with the other 2 ducks, they don't pick on her at all.she mingles with them real wellAre the other two drakes? From what I have read, the girls should out number the boys.
Thanks for that i have separated charlie in a space for him self so he can't pick on jammier the little one for a few weeks and see how they get on. it is so silly the other two she is with our great with her. fingers cross with charlie,I have this problem EVERY TIME I bring in a new baby, male or female. My male cayuga is brutal! They do end up getting along but it takes a while. I normally have to keep them separated until they are close to four months old. Then I start putting the "baby cage" next to the coop at night so they can get used to each other, safely. Then I let them free roam together while monitored. They eventually get a long.
There seems to be one in every crowd err flock, hopefully by the time they have gotten a chance to get to know each other through the fence Charlie will be head over heels in love with her. They are both beautiful
