I did ask when calling about the reservoir that I broke. They said they aren't silent. It is just a motor kind of noise, but for some reason it's really annoying! It's running a lot right now getting the humidity up, so maybe when it just cuts on occasionally I won't mind it so much. Maybe the free humidity pump was free for a reason! ha ha. I'm just expect too much for my $800.

Yes Nat. Technically, the humidity pump was free, and I did get the 10% too. But with shipping it was still $808 I think. Right now I'm downstairs, and I can hear it upstairs on the third floor. There must be something wrong. I'll call them tomorrow and see what the replacement procedure is. Their products seem so well designed and well made, I can't imagine it's supposed to make this noise.

My Brinsea 40 dx arrived yesterday! that sucker is huge I cant imagine how big the cabinet is? Pretty quiet too I plugged it in with the tuner and it was up to stable temps in 1/2

I mean really on the hatching thread we Mention what we are hatching and everything chicken but alot of personal talk too. Im great with that-but when I join the other hatching threads Im usually pretty quiet until something starts to happen
