If it creaks you might have yours screws screwed in too tight. I would have to look at mine, but seems like I had trouble with creaking. Not sure if it was that incubator... but check your screws.

I have the eggs set now!

But do have one question. Every once in a while when the cradle turns the bator, it makes a creak. Should as unscrew the screws a little?, as said in previous posts. And are those screw the ones that hold the metal rods onto the ends?
