I don't know what entry number I am, but here are the pics. I put chicken eggs with duck eggs in the bator due to hatch a week apart. It surprisingly worked out, and EVERYBODY hatched ( 2 chicks and 1 duckling with help). They are ALL doing fine! Yippee!

Lol, no! That's absolute relaxation after a hard day of hatching! A few seconds after I snapped that picture, another baby jumped on that one and they were both off and running

The chickens I ordered from Meyer hatchery came in just 2 days. (OH to WA state) All were alive, I ordered 4 female+female meal maker, and 26 fry pan bargain they added an extra chick so 2 free ones. Some of the chicks were crazy active, the others were regular active. I put in 2 brooders, when I sexed them all the super active ones were boys. I think on top of the 5 hens I ordered (and they were correctly hens) there looks to be at least 5 more females!
