Brinsea mini advance or R-com mini?

So I am contemplating on whether I should get the brinsea mini advance incubator or the R-com mini incubator. I do favor the design of the brinsea, yet I like the idea of not having to open the incubator to control humidity on the R-com mini. I will be hatching either a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 12 quail. Please help me decide which is better.

I have to open my Brinsea Mini Advance every 24 hours even in lockdown to fill the water reservoirs. But I LOVE my incubator and wouldn't switch to another one.

I LOVE my Brinsea Mini Advance. I have not had to open it every 24 hours like ChickensAreSweet. It make sure to fill it full right before lock down, though. It may be a difference in climates. For duck eggs I do wrap a littel towl around the edge and that helps keep it more humid. I LOVE it. My son even hatched out eggs in his Kindergarten classroom last year with no problem at all!

Yeah! Thanks I was pointing more towards the brinsea just because it had overall better reviews. Just the small egg tray is $20 or even more just for a piece of plastic! That's the only throwback. Any other opinions please help.

I'm an rcom mini user here It depends on how big your batch of eggs will be and how convenient you want it!

I MAY get a brinsea to see how it's like but am currently loving my rcom lol

Love my Brinsea, but I have never tried an R-com. I have never had to add water during lockdown either but it is pretty humid here in the NW anyway. (no it does'nt rain all the time). Once they start to hatch the humidity will kick up anyway. Best of luck in whatever you choose.

Yeah! The bad thing is I live in New Mexico! It's so dry here! Hopefully during lockdown it isn't so dry.
