I have the Brinsea Mini Advanced incubator. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. I'm wondering if I need the smaller turning disk for it if Im going to use it to hatch Japanese Bantam eggs.
That is what I'm going to try this spring. I have never used a incubator before and I've never seen a Japanese bantam egg. I'm new to all of this. Thanks for any help!!!

I've used my Brinsea Mini Advanced with the 7 egg turning disk that came with it to hatch out OEG bantam, mille fleur bantam and MF cochin bantam eggs. These small eggs turn well with this disk.

I have just ordered the smaller turning disk but only because my bantams are producing quite a few eggs now and I'd like to put a few more in the incubator.

My standard sized turner works good for my silkie eggs.

I love my mini advance, it does all the work for me.
