I have the brinsea advanced. I have loved it because it is so simple. I put the eggs in there, set it, and then add water a couple times a week. When it's time for lockdown, I take out the turner, and put in some felt for a good hatching surface.
Cons: only can hatch 7 eggs at a time. kind of spendy
pros: only can hatch 7 eggs at a time. very simple, almost idiot proof.
A "bad" hatch in my brinsea is 5/7. If I get eggs from my own yard, not shipped, not very young cockerel fertilizing, I usually get 6/7 or 7/7.
