Brinsea mini eco or mini advanced

How long does it take the eco to get up to temperature? Mine has been sitting for over an hour and it is staying at about 93 or 94

you will prop have to turn it up or when you put the eggs in it will proble go up or you will have to use a screwdriver to turn it up

I recently have bought brinsea mini Eco incubator and I honestly am very angry on this product as it does not regulate the temperature. I have 9 live eggs in them and today is the day 7 but when io have candled the eggs today I have noticed some slow moving embryos and some not moving , I am heart broken . 2 days ago I left the incubator on 37.5 c setting but when I woke up late in morning about 11 the temperature had gown down to 36 . I do not know how many hours it had been like this but it's a night mare to have brinsea . I rang up brinsea and they have suggested it to get fixed but this machine is only 1 week old and i have eggs in them . I am really not optimistic about hatching as the temperature control is s### on it . I wish I had not wasted my money on brinsea.
I nearly broken in tears today as 3 eggs I could not see movement and the mass seem to be on one side not moving . The other eggs are slightly moving bunt not to tha pace there were moving at day 4

I have not had a problem at all with mine keeping temperature. It stays right at 99.5 I have 6 in mine right now and they are doing great

From what I understand it needs to be away from windows. They are drafty areas.

Does the incubator not get over heated in closet

No, my closet door has slots in it for air flow, and also I keep it cracked. It has kept consistent temp.
