Brinsea Octagon 20 Advance as hatcher

This is my first hatch with my new Oct 20 Advance. I set 15 Mille Fluer's and 12 Marans on February 29th I am putting them in lockdown today. I put the Marans in my "pet hospital" brooder that I have used successfully before. I am planning on hatching the Bantams out in the Oct 20, I unplugged the cradle with it level, filled both water channels, put a paper towel in the channel to act as a wick, and lined the bottom of the tray with paper towels. Do I need to turn the temperature setting up to 100 as I do in my "Hatcher"?
