Brinsea Ovation 56EX Display Issue

Carefully cleaned the inner plastic cover by removing it in inverted position. Did not displace anything. Removed some fuss. Cleaned the plastic and dried it without injuring fan, egg-turning motor, or other digital equipment. Replaced the cover. Plugged it in and a neat little row of black rectangles! Fan is working. Pump is pumping. Heat appears to activate. Just can't read the display. Checked online and really could not find anything on this anywhere! Tried twice subsequently to clean and remove any residual fuzz or debris, but reconnecting still gives me this:

What am I doing wrong here? Specifically...

I've got 3 of these incubators and never had that happen. I would call them and ask about it. I've called in the past about a different issue and they have great customer service! They had a tech guy call me back and we got 'er fixed.

All I would do though is use canned air try to clean it out best I could and leave it unplugged overnight and hope for a miracle.
