Brittle Feathers

I have a California White chicken, her feathers are looking quite mangy and brittle. She takes dirt baths often so they are also dirty but not pretty like they use to be.

I don't think so. I have two others molting which are obvious, her's is not obvious if she is.

Are there any other symptoms? She could be going through a light molt.

She has some dried poop on her down feathers.
