Broder question

I have a hen that is becoming a brooder (not the problem) she cackles everytime she see me coming because whe knows I am coming for the eggs... I have about 20 hens and four boxes that they all use... If I leave the brooder in the box sitting on eggs others will continue to lay and I will end up with a bunch of eggs that are being set on and some fresh ones. How can I move her and the eggs or stop the other hens from laying in the same box she is setting in? What would you do? thanks..//Moe
