Broiler Booster: Safe or not?

When I got my chicks @ the end of June, I also got some broiler booster powder from McMurray. With the days getting colder and shorter, I thought maybe I could add some extra vitamins into their diets by using up the rest of my broiler booster. Here's my concerns:
1. Is Broiler Booster safe for all chickens, not just broilers?
2. Is it safe for chickens who are egglaying (OR BETTER BE SOON!!!)
3. Is it safe to eat the eggs if they are drinking Broiler Booster in their water?

I know this question also falls under feeding/watering your flock but my biggest concern with it is "Will the eggs be safe to eat?"

Vitamin A
Vitamin D3
Vitamin E
Vitamin b12
Riboflavin
d Pantothenic Acid
Niacin
MSBS (Vitamin K)
Folic Acid
Thiamine HCl
Pyridoxine HCl
Ascorbic Acid
Biotin
Sodium Chloride
Potassium

Other Ingredients: Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Streptococcus Faecium, Lactobacillius Bifidus, Citric Acid, Dextrose, Amylase, Protoese Collulase.

Directions:
Mix with water daily. To be used in first drinking water 2-3 weeks or more. To help increase feed and water intake and prevent dehydration. Can be used in feed.

Safe or not safe? Why?

It looks safe enough. It is mostly a vitamin supplement with some healthful flora and digestive aids, and a touch of sugar to improve the taste. None of those ingredients are contraindicated in humans.
