Broken back maybe??

born in a clutch of 9..4 days older than the others..but half their size...wobbles like shes drunk(we thought maybe neurological problems...2 days ago she was bitten by dog..not hard..but hard enough that i heard a pop in lower back area...she is acting normal..eating drinking...basking in sun..chirping..everything seems fine..except her left foot is curled always..and she cannot walk..she flaps her wings and drags herself to move...i dont know what to do to treat..or if she will survive...i dont want to put her down..but because of farm owners beliefs...vet/medicine are not options here...has to be all natural
Im a farmhand here..i help raise her birds...but she is 72 year old conspiracy theory herbalist..no meds..no vets..no vaccines..no normal help...so it's either pray they dont get hurt/sick..or put em down..ive lost 23 babies and 4 adults in the last 6 months..i dont want to lose another
No reaction to pain..but when the dog grabbed her and tossed her...i heard a pop where he bit her..and after that she just lay there unable to walk..other than the non walking..she acts normal...
I'm sorry about the pullet.
Just to clarify - she was already having difficulty with balance issues and was "runty" before she was attacked by the dog correct?

You have lost quite a few birds in a short period of time. Did they have symptoms similar to what the pullet was exhibiting before she was attacked (wobbling/drunk, neurological symptoms, slow growing, etc.)?

I agree, it's hard to know if she can recover since it *sounds* like she was having problems to begin with.
I would try the vitamins and sling to see if that helps her.
What do you feed the birds?

Also, where are you located in the world?

I understand you are working for the farm and they likely will not provide medications/supplements, but @Eggcessive has give good suggestions of foods that are rich in vitamins you need. If those are not available to you, IF you have a Dollar Tree where everything is $1 check their vitamin aisle. While the pill count is lower than what you get at WalMart/CVS, I have found B-Complex and Vitamin E at the Dollar Tree, so the cost is fairly reasonable if that's an option for you.

Good advice by @Wyorp Rock. There could be some underlying disease that has been affecting the chicks for awhile—possibly Mareks disease or coccidiosis, infection from hatch, or a vitamin deficiency. A necropsy through the state poultry lab would be the best way to know what has been killing the flock members. But that may be unlikely with the flock owner.

Sorry about the injured chick. It is hard to know exactly what her injuries are. Would the owner allow vitamin E and B complex vitamins to be used? Those could help with a neurological problem and the ability to walk. Certain foods (almonds and sunflower seed,) are high in vitamin E, and beef liver are high in B vitamins. A chicken sling or chair or nest may be fashioned at home to get the chick upright and kept cleaner, and in front of food and water. Here is a good link with slings:

The walking issue...is something physical...in her back..not her legs...she eats and drinks like normal...acts like a normal chick in every way..except her legs wont support her weight..

Located in elma WA...the other chicks that died..mostly were from moms having high nests..mom jumped back into nest..chicks werent strong enough...5 chicks died from sickness... A few died from weasels...the others were preventable..if owner would let me put mom in pen when she starts to lay..her and her sister who died from injury were only 2 that showed the wobbly/drunk traits...and other than the fact that she cannot walk..she acts just fine
