My bluebell Penelope has always had a long beak that hooked over the lower beak and it has never been a problem but this morning Inoticed that her beak has broke across the top and too the side.its not bleeding and she is still eating.should I file it at all and will it grow again??

Unless it's a really bad break and the blood vessels in the beak got damaged I can't see why it won't grow back and heal completely. Could you possibly post some pics so we can have a look?

Have tried but she's won't keep still long enough for a pic. She's eating well now and has laid a cluckleberry this morning ( that's what the kids call eggs) so it seems she'll be alright but am finding conflicting information as to whether the beam will grow against
