Noticed one of our chickens lost the tip of her beak, and the side appears to be splitting. She is about 14 weeks.
First time chicken owner. Any tips on how to best help her heal?

Poor dear!
She must've caught it on something. Since it's hanging like a torn nail, I'd carefully trim off the hanging part so it doesn't give hung up and rip.
Then gently tape an Emery board and file it smooth, lightly rounding and shaping up the beak. (Blending it like you would a broken fingernail).
Remember, the beak if full of nerves and has a quick just like your own fingernail, so go slowly.
You don't have to make it perfect, the beak will grow out and if necessary, you can round it smooth it out as it grows.
