Just got this chick this morning, what is with her beak?

That's not what I thought the egg tooth would look like lol. Our new babies upper part of their beak slightly curves over the lower part and silly me thought that was the egg tooth. Will their beaks stay like that?

An egg 'tooth' is on the top end of the beak, the egg tooth usually falls off within a few days.
