Broken chick legs and clear froth from mouth

My 4 week old chick cannot stand up and started frothing at the mouth. Clear froth. I think she was tramped by 2 ducklings. I have her isolated. It's been about a week. I've been giving her teeny tiny amount of baby tylenol and water with electrolytes. She eats on her own, but has to scoot to it. Unless I feed her and give her her water. What should I do? Today she pooped a yellowish, green poop, and frothed clear froth at the same time.
