I used medical adhesive plaster, which would seal the broken section: I was not sure what they are hatched. But they hatch. Very strong chicks. Running around here somewhere: I think for many it will be useful to know.

I have saved many cracked eggs that are superficial type cracks...ones that did not break into the inner membrane. I have never tried to save those types that you have here. Great to know!!
