I know I have an egg eater and I do try and collect before they feast on them, but on days I am away from home I cannot get to them fast enough. My question is, the eggs that have not been broken but have yolk coated on them, are they safe to eat and sell if they are cleaned up? I normally just toss them and don't even feed it cooked to the hens because I am not sure of e-coli of samonella. Some days I can loose up to 7 eggs which is not good for business. Please help!!
