Broken feathers

I've got a red comet and she's got brken feathers on her chest area. She's not broody. Does anyone have any recommendation's on a good vitamin or supplement for feathers?

Is there any possibility that a flock mate is feather pecking/plucking her? She will not regrow feathers until the broken stubs fall out - when she molts. Then you may want to provide protein supplementation.
