Broken feathers

My hen has had her feathers like this for over 2 months. I recently lost a hen to mass on her throat. This is my first flock of chickens so im not sure whats normal & abnormal. Anyone with experience can tell me if her feathers are trying to tell me something.
It's the brown with grey hen. She is an EE

Other birds in that picture show feather damage - fairly typical of feather pecking/plucking by flock mates.
