What is your favourite quail COLOUR variation?

Hi everyone I am wondering what everyone's favourite quail colour is and also you share a photo if also can you tell me how you got the colour. thanks.

This is a horrible question, like what is your favorite type of chocolate, where do I start?! But here is my current favorite:

She's out of a jumbo ginger batch of shipped eggs, I think it is an italian/fee (pearl) so jumbo ginger pearl, but very happy with this bird, the only hen in the entire hatch! I'm also partial to italian, American pansy, and roux (especially combined).
