Broken feathers...

This isnt exactly an emergency or injury, but here goes.........I have a bantam cochin that has feathers missing but not completely missing, just broken in half so the feather is still there, just not all of it. I think this is due to a rough rooster so I have her seperated. What im wondering is will the feathers fall out and regrow or will they stay like that until she molts or something? Should I do anything to help them grow out correctly?

I'm no expert, but my sense is that they will fall out when she molts. They will grow back. It's not a problem and there's nothing that needs to be done about the broken ones.
