Broken Leg Chick

Broken leg in chick?...long story short I was given 12 chicks from an elementary school incubator project..all are fine but one small turken. Looks like maybe the leg is broken? I've tried wrapping it...not sure what to do (see photos) looks to me that the joint is red and swollen? It's seems fine otherwise...eating fine... and stands on the one leg...with the other leg shaking ...and can't put any weight on it...the toes are limp...any help or advice would be greatly appreciated...Thank you in advance

I've added 2 new photos....Is it Splay leg? Is there anything I can do ..I've tried wrapping......but it keeps pulling the wrap off

I've tried (the video) to the gallery)...but it's not working...I'm not real tech savvy...the chick is eating and drinking...but still the one leg is sticking out to the side and shaking???
