Thanks alot. I'll check out the links you've given meIt may be a slipped achilles tendon, which can cause the tibia to rotate. You can try to fix, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not, the sooner you try, the better the chance. It is painful, and the joint is probably swollen and inflamed. Sometimes you can get it positioned correctly and wrap it to hold it in place. Using a sling or chick chair to suspend the chick and keep the weight off the leg can also help. This link has good info on treatment options:

As the chick grows, and they grow very fast, it will get worse if not fixed. Sometimes it requires surgery, and sometimes even that will not fix it.

This video shows the tendon popping in and out of place:
Some nights ago I tried turning it into a normal position but she chirped really loudly so I left her alone. She gets around on her own but today I noticed she's avoiding it, assuming it's painful like @coach723 stated. It also could be a curled foot as well as the things that Coach 723 mentioned. Can you bend the foot into a normal position without hurting her? Making a shoe by taping the top and bottom of the foot with the toes in normal position for a couple of days can be helpful. Can she get around at all on her own to get food and water?
Yes, it appears to be.Is there a red area on the hock? It is unfortunate because most chicks with slipped tendon or leg bone deformities cannot get enough to eat and drink. I would try to fix the tendon, but it is hard to be successful. Scroll down to “How to reposition a slipped tendon” in this link:
