Broken spur or nail! Won’t stop bleeding

You don't mention a spur or bleeding your thread. If he knocked off his spur and is bleeding, then you will need to catch him (try when he's roosting at night) then treat it.
As for what's on his comb, hopefully you can take some clearer photos while tending to his spur.
Here's your other thread.

The rooster which is the subject of this initial thread, I would assume the OP @Livvvmndza has taken care of the issue. It's been 10days since the first post and we haven't received an update. Maybe they can come back and let us know how he's doing.

Yes it was bleeding.. it fell off when I picked him up …. Was still bleeding couple hours later … I’ll be going out to check and try and catch him … how do I stop bleeding if it’s still bleeding? Just wrap it ?

Oh dear, yes, I would go get him.
Apply pressure and see if it stops. Cornstarch, flour or styptic powder can also be used, but I've found that pressure usually works and then you don't have a powdery mess to work with when wrapping the spur.

Hi! Yes! My rooster is much better now! I got the bleeding to stop and just kept changing his bandages!
