Broken spur

Our leghorn rooster has broken one of his spurs , and I don't know what I should do, if anything.
His behavior is normal

This did happen 24-28 hours ago, but I couldn't catch him until now

It looks like he has only slipped the outside hull off of his spur. He sould make a full recovery but he will likely not have two good sprs but maybe 1 & 1/2 spurs in the future.
