Well, if there is no actual injury to the skin then there is nothing to disinfect. I wouldn’t worry. Betadine isn’t a painkiller anyway.
Does your turkey act like it’s in pain? It probably hurt when the feathers were coming out but I don’t think it would continue to hurt once they were disconnected.
