Our 5 week old chicken was accidently stepped on when my husband was trying to gather the chickens and broke its thigh bone. We made a make shift splint and cast and she seems to be resting quietly. She won't move and she began drinking water again after 5 five hours of no nourishment. How do we care for her and make sure she eats. At this point we would have to force food but how when she's not eating and what do we give her. I'm concerned about her electrolytes. What do we do? Help! Its our first time raising chickens.

What a tough situation. I don't know if a thigh bone can heal well. You might need to put her down.
Below is some info that may be helpful if you decide to try keeping her.
There are instructions on force-feeding on the Baytril for Birds page on the website linked in my sig, if you end up needing to do that. However, I'm guessing that she'll start eating again within a few hours.
You can give aspirin for pain (though I'm not positive that her risk of internal bleeding is low enough for it to be a really safe thing). There is info on that on the Poultry Podiatry page on the site.
Try to put some padding (A bit of foam sponge is good--or folded paper towel or cotton puffs) inside any cast or splint you make, to minimize chafing & restriction of circulation.
I am so sorry for her injury! All of us have accidents with our chickens sometimes. I hope your husband doesn't feel too bad.
