Broken toe on 2 week old? What to do?

Yesterday I noticed one of my chicks toes is messed up. On her right foot the outside toe is bent under. Kinda like if you were to hold up your hand and show '5' then put your thumb under to show only '4'.

I took some pictures with my camera phone, so hopefully you can see what it looks like. Im wonder..is this something that can be fixed with a splint? Is there anything else I can do to help her? It doesnt seem to bother her though.

In the pictures its the toe on the her right side and its the little one between the 2nd and 3rd toes.
