Broken toe on a pullet? Please help!!

Hi all, my pullet Big bird was limping today when I checked on her. I caught her and looked at her feet. The middle toe on her foot is at a weird angle. Its stiff and wont move back into place it doesnt seem to hurt her but she holds that foot in the air and limps badly. She spends most of her time laying down and hiding from the other chickens. Please help She is my baby!

Should I splint it? Could it have been that my rooster mounted her?

Got her splint on! She pecked at it but she stopped now. Adjusting to walking with it on took a minute but it's all sorted out!

That probably won't stay on too long like that.
I've found if you splint then wrap the foot and up the leg just a little bit, wrappings will stay on much better.
