Broken (we think) wing on a 5 day old quail chick, I'm not sure what to do for treatment!

I would just clean it once daily for a few days with the Chlorhexidine, keep a thin layer of your triple antibiotic ointment on it to keep it moist.

Don't wrap since she's able to move both wings. You really want to keep the wound uncovered if possible, so it gets air.

Since the green spot is getting smaller, likely that's bruising.

Thank you, I'll make sure to do that then. I figured it might be better to just leave her to heal on her own, just didn't want my negligents to be the cause of an infection.

She'll heal on her own. Do not wrap! She might suffocate!
I would not disinfect her more than once a day, but I would personally not disinfect her at all. It's stressful for her and if you can't see an open wound it's also pointless.

Thanks, sounds good. I can't really tell if there is an open wound because her feathers are in the way and I really dont want to poke at it too much if it is injured. I'll make sure to keep that in mind though, I have decided to not wrap her, especially because it is kind of scary and exhausting for the both of us... Also she is doing much much better and her feathers are starting to bounce back!
