E gads! Do NOT cut any feathers. All of those are brand new and what we call "blood feathers" for a reason. If you cut them she will bleed and she has gone through enough.
I agree that wrapping and keeping her in a smaller space is better for her own good. We really do love our feathered friends and want to see them happy, so that's hard.

She's look loads better - once the feathers loose the blood capsule that's helping them grow then you can cut them if you want.

She is one lucky duck
