She can definitely move it. I found her at the top of the roost which is about 2 feet off the ground

Maybe a little bit. It seems slightly more droopy but she can stretch it and flap it.

That's good. She should hopefully be up and running good as new soon. My rooster was in his first battle and he wasn't even acting weird after. Only reason I knew he fought something off is the pile of feathers and his naked spot.
