I joined and posted a couple weeks ago about my new quail and her broken wing. Well her splint is off and she will never fly again. Her little wing doesn't completely extend out but she seems really happy to chase my golden retriever while flapping her wings. We also found out tonight that Charlie is officially a girl. She laid a beautiful egg. Charlie was short for either Charles or Charlotte so her official name is now Charlotte. She is already a cuddle bug who loves to watch tv.
